The Good, The Bad, & The Ugly (a refreshingly honest letter from the Sellers). THE UGLY... well it was the way that the inground pool and the freestanding hot tub were not cared for before we owned the house. We had it all properly taken care of and properly filled in to the tune of over $25,000 by people who knew what they were doing (we have a detailed disclosure that itemizes everything that was done and who did the work), and now the backyard is a gardener's dream to do so much with - just ask our Realtor who is a big gardener and who always stares at it when she comes over almost like a hungry man stares at a steak. The yard is also a blank slate for playing, or honestly, you could do both (because there's definitely room for both). THE BAD... our Grandbaby moved away (the kids too, but you know grandbabies are just extra special - sorry kids), and so we are moving too. It has plenty of space to relax and entertain both outside in the privacy fenced yard, large patio with gazebo and tiered gardens/entertainment spaces, and the 10x20 shed that we had built on-site. Inside, we have loved the large Living Room with the gas log fireplace, the dining room with more than enough room for everyone to sit around the table and our big kitchen with two pantries! Upstairs, the Master Suite and two additional bedrooms, bath, and generous bonus room/man-cave have more than met our needs. As our chapter comes to a close here in Tennessee, this would be a great place to start a new one for you.
