"Due to work, we relocated in 2007. We had a contract on our home in about 45 days and the people later backed out. We had already purchased another home, based on having a contract on our 1st home. Four years later we had not sold the home. We contacted Blake in February 2011 and listed the house the first week of March. We had an acceptable offer in about two weeks and closed before the end of March. Blake continued to work with us on post sale issues involving the buyers. We were on the phone at all hours of the day and Blake seemed to be not tired by any of the issues. To most that doesn't really mean much, but to those who know me and my back ground,... well just say that Sales runs very deep in our family tree.
