A Knoxville native, Major has been a licensed REALTOR for over twenty five years. Having spent fifteen of that working for a builder here in the area, Major has vast expertise in the new construction industry, but is quick to point out he enjoys helping in all areas of the home-buying process. While he holds an impressive list of communities in our area he’s proud to say he assisted in developing, his true passion is helping in all aspects. Whether it be working closely with a builder to build that dream home or scouring through lists of resales, his dedication to his clients is first and foremost.

Major’s focus is on his client’s complete satisfaction. He strives to ensure they are completely satisfied through-out the entire process. With an emphasis placed on detail, you will feel as if you are the only one in his life at the time. Taking great pride in the friendships formed, Major is proud to say that well over 75% of his business comes from referrals from past clients. That kind of business isn’t taken lightly. That same one-on-one service which has earned him an impeccable reputation among those who he’s helped achieve their dream along the way.

Major has served on the Board of Directors for the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors and sat on and chaired numerous committees throughout his career. His reputation not only upholds his past clients, but within the sphere of his peers as well.

Major and his wife reside in the Powell community with their two sons where they are active in their church and community.
